About

About

I am a research scientist and engineer interested in mechanistic interpretability and reverse engineering intelligent (learning) systems—both artificial and biological—to understand how complex behavior and cognition emerge at a mechanistic level. This research spans multiple disciplines (neuroscience, machine learning, and healthcare) and levels of organization, from circuits to emergent properties and higher-level theories of computation.

Currently, I am at the Biosensing and Biorobotics Laboratory (BSBRL) under Prof. Suhasa Kodandaramaiah where I investigate the neural dynamics of spatial navigation, and develop efficient ML tools to process and analyze large-scale datasets.
